Refund Policy

We love our candy-making kits, and we hope you do too.
That said, we keep our refund policy simple.

We do not offer refunds or exchanges for change-of-mind purchases, accidental buys, or “I thought it would be bigger” moments.

Exceptions (because we’re not monsters): If your product is defective, we’ll make it right. Just contact us within a reasonable time with a description (and maybe a photo), and we’ll help sort it out.

Because we sell through partner stores, refunds or replacements may be handled according to the retailer’s policy.

​

No returns for used kits, half-made candy, or experimental sugar science gone wrong.
